Robert Fields is responsible for overseeing all activities for Patrinely Group. Mr. Fields' project experience includes corporate headquarters, commercial office developments, luxury residential properties, resort properties and major retail uses. Mr. Fields resides in Houston and received his M.B.A. from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.

David Joiner has 25 years of experience managing various types of projects including corporate build-to-suits and institutional client projects with emphasis on tight schedules and difficult budgets. As team leader, Mr. Joiner excels in supervising complex projects which require sensitive or critical oversight and coordination with highly specialized teams. Mr. Joiner resides in Houston and holds a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.

Dennis Tarro is responsible for all corporate build-to-suit lease activities as well as broker and tenant relations for the firm and is actively involved in its corporate and financial consulting services. Mr. Tarro resides in Virginia and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. from Georgetown University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

In his position as manager of the northeast region, Tom Bermingham oversees all development, leasing and management operations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Bermingham brings an impressive asset management, development and institutional background to the team, given his tenure with CBRE, Insignia/ESG, Chubb Development and Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Bermingham resides in New York and holds a B.A. from Boston College.

Carolyn Drushel is responsible for developing and managing the company’s media, client, public relations and corporate identity programs. Ms. Drushel coordinates the production of all marketing materials and acts as a liaison between the various artistic groups and the firm’s principals. A Houston native, she received an M.B.A. and B.B.A. from the University of Houston.
